3. Payment Terms
Payment for monthly packages or one-time services is due in advance. Clients may choose from various packages with hours that must be used within the billing cycle. Unused hours do not roll over unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for monthly packages or recurring services must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance. This ensures sufficient time to conclude any outstanding tasks and allow space for new clients.

If less than 30 days' notice is provided, you will be billed for the next month’s service as agreed upon at sign-up. No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

5. Confidentiality
All client information, communications, documents, and data shared with Feather & Task are treated with the highest level of confidentiality and will never be shared without explicit consent, except where required by law.

6. Modifications & Termination
Feather & Task reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We also reserve the right to terminate service due to misuse, late payments, or unprofessional conduct.
